EXCELLENT SCHOOL! GREAT TEACHERS!
I just want to say that my boy/girl twins started preschool in June 2011 and they have strived in their social and emotional skills.
They just love it and everyday they learn something new and cant wait to go to school
Jackie the director is awesome all the teachers there are great.
Sara Debbie Lisa are the best.
I highly recommend this preschool
My daughter went to Nobis preschool from 2007-2012. I cannot express enough how absolutely wonderful ALL of the teachers are. Being there for 5 years was quite the experience. There was never a day when i worried about my daughter as I knew she was well taken care of. When she was an infant I would call what seemed like 100 times a day to check on her and I was always given assurance that she was just fine. (LOL) Through out the years, some teachers moved on and the amazing Director also left. When it was time for Pre-K graduation, all of the teachers put on a show that was absolutely amazing. Ms. Karina (Pre-K teacher) is wonderful and all of the ladies truly care about these children. There is nothing greater than knowing while you are at work and your child is at school, they are well taken care of and actually taught a curriculum, social skills and manners. Nobis Pre school teachers and staff will forever hold a place in my heart. :)
I am so sad we have to leave. We are moving out of state this week so my sone will have to leave Nobis. He has been so so happy here. He loves the teachers and they really enjoy him. This is a really great day care with amazing and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Nobis they're awesome.
After months of research for daycare centers in our area, my husband and I decided to enroll our infant at Nobis Preschool. If there is anyone happier with this decision than my husband and I then it would be our son. The teachers are absolutely amazing! When we drop off our son and pick him up the smile on his face when he sees his teachers is so comforting to know he loves being there. Even though he is just an infant he participates in crafts and gets to enjoy outside time along with interacting with other children. Thank you Nobis for caring for my child.
I love all of the staff at Nobis, and more importantly so do my kids! My daughter transferred to this school when the infant care license wasnt renewed at her first daycare, and she is still here almost four years later, and now with her little brother. Both kids love their teachers and their friends, you couldnt ask for a better bunch! Your kids will learn so much here- from sign language as a baby all the way to your ABCs and reading. I would definitely recommend this school to everyone! I also don't get the negative reviews...kids are going to get sick when they are first around other kids all the time, but eventually their immunities will build up.
Four years ago, when I began looking for a preschool for my son to attend, I was incredibly uncomfortable until I found Nobis. Nobis is not your traditional, institutional, sterile preschool; it feels comfortable, safe, and warm. The teachers and staff are all kind, caring and capable people who I have trusted the care of my son to for four years. Not only are the teachers and staff great and the environment warm and friendly, but the children and families who gravitate towards this school are wonderful. I feel that my son has learned and grown so much by being at Nobis. I would highly recommend this school to everyone.
In January of 2008 my 15 mo. old son and I had a horrible experience at a home day care and I needed to find another day care fast. Fortunately I had a friend who brought her son to Nobis, so I decided to check it out, and I'm soooo very lucky I did. EVERYONE was soo kind and accomodating. No TV, Healthy food, arts and crafts, huge outside play areas...awesome!! I decided to have my son enroll with them immediately. Because he was 10 weeks premature, his development was a little slower than all the other kids and all the teachers were so nurturing and loving. Their guidance and care really helped him develope the way he did. They encouraged him to do more, and helped him along the way. When I became pregnant with my daughter, I realized that I had to leave her with Nobis when she was 6 mo. young....and I was sooo ok with that. I trusted that they would give both of my children the attention they needed to grow and develope. The saddest day for me was in this past June, on my son's Preschool Graduation day. This is because i knew i had to send him to a Kindergarten closer to my work and that would mean that i would have to pull my daughter out to be closer to him as well..... They started at their new place this past week and I am VERY aware of how much I miss the ladies at Nobis. They were such a huge part of my kids lives and i will never forget them. ;0)
My son really loves it here. They have wonderful Teacher's and he is getting the socialization that he needs by being around the other kids. He is very happy and that makes us very happy.

This place is great! ALL the teachers, even from the other classes, know my son's name and say good-bye to him as we walk out. They serve organic milk (no hormones) during snack and meal times. They are super organized, but very laid back... it's the best combo. The first time my mom picked him up after a few months of attendance, they wouldn't let our son leave with my mom at first because they had never seen her before (even though I specified in the original paperwork that she was allowed to pick him up). LOVE IT! My 9 month old came home with a Valentine's day art project that MELTED our hearts. They get to go outside and play several times a day. I get a full, one page report everyday of everything he ate and drank, every diaper change, and every nap. Within a week of having him there, I saw HUGE strides in his development. He used to just stare at other children during playdates and was very shy. Now he goes right up to other kids and starts playing with them no matter where we are. The social skills he has learned are worth everything. In addition, he walked early, had zero trouble transition to a sippy cup, and doesn't fight when we put his shoes on... I believe its because he sees the other kids at school drinking from sippy cups, walking (instead of crawling) and getting their shoes on to go outside. It has been an invaluable experience that I wouldn't change for anything.
Our daughter has been a happy Nobis kid since she started there at only 5 months old. The teachers there have done everything from getting her potty trained to helping her learn to read in preparation for Kindergarten next year! I feel good about leaving her with the staff everyday because she is in great hands with each and every one of them!
We have had no problems with sending our kids to Nobis. The staff is nice and caring and our kids seem to enjoy their time at school.
We have been really pleased and impressed with Nobis Preschool since my son started attending 5 months ago - it took him a while to warm up to the idea of being away from home, but the environment created by Nobis and his teachers was (and is) warm, loving and patient. My son is in the toddler room, however almost all of the teachers in the whole school know his name (and the names of all of the children) - it is this tight-knit community fostered by Nobis which we really value. My son has now adjusted well to the school and enjoys his time there; he has really thrived under their care and supervision.
My 15 month old daughter has attended Nobis since she was 9 weeks old. We love Nobis! The staff is friendly and makes us feel like family. The ladies in the infant room, along with the rest of the staff, are attentive to special health needs and go the extra step to give me peace of mind. The school has fun events for the kids, provides healthy meals, and completes a note about each child's day- everyday. Colorful art projects come home weekly and above all- she is happy at Nobis! She loves her teachers and looks forward to playing and learning Monday-Friday. I feel good knowing she is receiving quality care while I am working full time.
Nobis has been a great place for our baby (now toddler). The teachers are caring and I like the ratio of teachers to children. They do lots of fun activities and we have been very happy sending our child here!
Our son has been attending Nobis since he was 4 months old. We loved the attentive and loving care he received in the infant room. He is now in the toddler room and loving the extra activity! The teachers there are friendly and always give us a full report on how his day was. He's at a transition time and they are always patient with him. He loves going there and knowing he is happy is all that matters!
They provide all the meals which is great and also have occasional parents night outs where they keep the kids till 8pm. Great bonus!
I love Nobis. My son has been there since 2 years old first in toddler room with Ms. Debbie and Ms. Perla, and now in Pre-school room with Liz, Ana and Teresa.
The teacher's are kind, affectionate and realistic about children's behavior and aptitudes. The playground in clean and well maintained, and the children get to spend a lot of time outside, which I appreciate. It's and older facility, however, it is maintained well and has a/c. In the time we have been there, they have painted the school as well has added a security key code access gate, which is greatly appreciated. Anytime there has been illness going thru the campus, parent's are notified via e-mail, however my child has been sick very few times and typically with just a seasonal cold. They have a Halloween party for the entire family as well as a Holiday Music Recital.
They prepare fresh, nutritional meals for the children on the site. Ashley, the director, is amazing. Very kind, professional and will work with parents on their children's needs. Added bonus: they have a parent's night monthly, where you can bring your child and their siblings and enjoy an evening out for no additional charge.
My mother owned several preschools as well as taught child development for both the county and at Universtity's-so I can be a harsh critic of preschools. She and I both love Nobis. My son has thrived under Nobis's care.
The staff there is incredible and my son just loves going there!! Miss Debbie is his favorite teacher and Jackie is just the best. I feel completely safe sending my son there!!!
My son has been going to Nobis since he was 8 weeks old in early 2013. The level of care and compassion has been excellent. The staff really does well to know the little personalities of each child. They receive lots of attention. My son has learned a lot of little things such as using hand signals to communicate since he cannot talk yet, learning how to use cups, utensils, etc. Potty training help will come when he is ready. Plenty of activities are planned daily from artwork to outdoor play activity. We receive daily reports of how much our son has napped, had to eat, what he has had to eat, how many diaper changes (wet/b.m.), etc. The administrative staff is very helpful and responsive as well. Nobis also has periodic fun events like Mothers & Fathers Day breakfast, Halloween events, and even occasional date nights where kids can stay late on certain date, allowing parents time to go out.
Our son is very well adjusted, likes his teachers and classmates alike, and usually isn't ready to come home at the end of the day. We as the parents like his school, but it is very evident he is happy at Nobis as well, which is very important.
our 8 month old daughter goes to Nobis Preschool and has attended since she was 4 months old. she loves the teachers. they are very knowledgable and helpful and keep us up to date on everything that is going on in the classroom. our daughter loves it there and is always happy after spending the day at Nobis.

And just to set the record straight, not once has my child come home hungry, let alone starving.
I'm updating my review and changing to five stars because not only the concerns I noted previously have been remedied, but the new administrator, Ashley, has done an extraordinary job. I love the teachers and so does my daughter. I have on occasion thought of changing her to a school that's less expensive but when I comparison shopped and then considered all the advantages Nobis has, dollar per dollar Nobis' rates were very competitive.
For my three year old, Nobis provides lots of play, lots of learning, reading, love and attention and yummy food cooked right in their kitchen!
I hope your child can blossom here like mine has!!
My son has been going to Nobis since April of this year. He is in the toddler room and LOVES it. Miss Debbie and Miss Perla are loving, kind, patient, creative and understanding teachers. His days are filled with all kinds of fun learning opportunities. They do sensory activities, read stories, create art work, discuss letters and numbers, have indoor and outdoor play time. Each day the teachers set out new toys, puzzles, games and activities to keep the children interested. The play yard has a nice grassy area, swings, play houses, cars and out door toys.
One of the greatest parts of Nobis (aside for the teachers and staff, all of which are so friendly and caring) is that they provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. You get a monthly menu so you always know what your child will be eating that day. My son gets to try all kinds of foods that I normally wouldn't make. He has learned to love so many new foods this way. And I don't have to prepare his lunch the night before.
They work with him on potty training. They teach them to talk about issues (i.e. they teach him to say "I don't like that" or "that's not okay" if another child is doing something that they don't like).
The director, Ashley is so helpful and friendly. She answers emails and calls right away. Any questions regarding tuition or my sons needs are taken care of immediately. Also, they accept credit card payments!
I would highly recommend Nobis to anyone looking for a great, loving place for their child.
I love Nobis and so did my 5 year old! She was in miss karina's class, now miss Bethany's class and she tells me nearly everyday i pick her up from kindergarten that she misses nobis :( The teachers are all so kind and Ashley does a great job keeping parents notified via email or correspondence in the front office. I also love the little events they put together for the kids b/c it give the parents a chance to see their kids interact with class mates and staff. They are a little on the pricier end of preschools, but they provide a hot breakfast and lunch prepared at the school and they do lots of activities, there is a gym day, bounce house days, water play days in the summers, you really get what you are paying for. I hope this helps in your search for a preschool..
My son has been going to Nobis for 2 years and it has been a very nuturing, loving environment. He asks to go to school every morning. I do not understand the negative reviews. All kids get sick when they go to school until they build immunities. My son rarely gets sick now. I never have problems with him coming home with unexplained bumps or bruises. All in all, it is a great school.

• • • After months of research for daycare centers in our area, my husband and I decided to enroll our infant at Nobis Preschool. My son is in the infant class and likes going to school! The room is very clean and the staff is loving and friendly.
